Our approach

Whilst we believe in the free and open exchange of ideas, there are certain activities that are not permitted on the livelogue platform, with the aim of creating a better experience for creators and their audiences.

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend and terminate any account that we consider to be in violation of this policy. Any action taken in this regard will be at our sole discretion.

Prohibited activities

  1. Illegal activities

    You may not use your livelogue to engage in activities that violate the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business. This includes but is not limited to drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous and toxic materials, human trafficking, prostitution, adoptions, funding or membership of illegal organizations, endangered or protected species, counterfeit goods and stolen items.

  2. Child exploitation

    You may not use your livelogue to sell or publish content that abuses or exploits children or other vulnerable groups. This includes but is not limited to depictions of abuse and the presentation of minors in a sexual manner.

  3. Animal abuse

    You may not use your livelogue to sell or publish content that abuses animals and wildlife, or promotes the destruction of the natural environment.

  4. Hateful content

    You may not use your livelogue to sell or publish content that promotes hate against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability, social status, or some other form of discrimination.

  5. Violence, harassment and bullying

    You may not use your livelogue to promote violence, intimidation, harassment or bullying, or incite others to do so.

  6. Self-harm

    You may not use your livelogue to promote self-harm.

  7. Adult content

    You may not use your livelogue to sell or publish content that is pornographic in nature.

  8. Intellectual property

    You may not use your livelogue to sell or publish content that infringes on the copyright, patents or trademarks of others.

  9. Confidential and protected information

    You may not use your livelogue to sell or publish personal, confidential, sensitive or protected information, which includes but is not limited to IDs, credit cards and account passwords, unless with the express written consent of the person or entity the information belongs to.

  10. Impersonation and scams

    You may not use your livelogue to impersonate other persons or entities, or to engage in any kind of scam or deception.
